Weitzman Litigation Advisory is a real estate consulting firm specializing solely in expert witness work and arbitration services in Manhattan and the New York Metropolitan area. Marilyn Kramer Weitzman, MAI, CRE, FRICS., has served as both a party appointed and neutral arbitrator in numerous multi-million dollar ground lease renewal arbitrations. She has also served as an expert witness in litigation regarding family real estate disputes, corporate disputes, ownership disputes, matrimonial disputes, project management disputes resulting in reduced property sale values as well as other litigation matters involving real estate valuation issues. Marilyn is a member of the Appraisal Institute with the professional designation of MAI, a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors with the designation of FRICS (Fellow) and is a member of the Real Estate Counselors with a CRE designation. She has been in the real estate industry for over 35 years. She has lectured and taught professional courses extensively over the years. 

Marilyn founded, and was the President of The Weitzman Group, Inc. and was formally a Principal and Managing Director of its successor company Weitzman Associates, LLC. She is continuing her career as a specialist in litigation and arbitration services.
